Hello world!

Every studio starts somewhere. This is the day LightPop Studio’s website went live: a fresh install, a placeholder post, and no idea yet that the site would grow into a photography studio, a web design practice, and an email list of more than 20,000 people.

The original post was the platform’s default text — “Welcome to your New Showit Blog!” — and I have retired it here rather than keep it on a site that has since learned to speak for itself. The date stays, because it marks the beginning.
